As a Registered Dietitian and Physician Associate, I’d love to meet with you and help you get started on this journey! Our program starts with a thorough, one‑hour visit that includes lab work, key health measurements, and an in‑depth review of your nutrition, medical history, and previous weight‑loss experiences. This gives us everything we need to design a plan that’s truly tailored to you.

Your ongoing care includes weekly check‑ins—either virtual or in person—and monthly visits to review lab results, fine‑tune your plan, and provide medical guidance whenever needed. You’ll have consistent support, clear direction, and a team committed to helping you stay on track.

1 HOUR Initial Visit

Meet with our dual trained Registered Dietitian and Physician Associate, Crystal Gooch

Obtain labs that can be associated with weight retention

Obtain vitals including waist circumference

Review nutrition habits, lifestyle and medications

Review weight history and prior diet history

Obtain treatment plan and customized nutrition plan

Obtain estimated energy expenditure

Register with Automated Self- Administered 24- Hour Dietary Assessment Tool

Follow Up Visit

Order Medications that may be appropriate for maintaining a healthy weight
